Missions We Support

As a fellowship we believe in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt 28:16-20), by supporting mission locally, nationally and internationally. While there are many worthy causes we could support, we specifically support the following by prayer and through financial support:

Internationally:

Henry, Esther, Ezra and baby Jude

Henry, Esther, Ezra and baby Jude

Training for a ministry in France – Church leaders in France are in desperate need of mature Christians to support and draw alongside them to disciple new converts to spiritual maturity.

Esther seeks to support women’s and students’ ministry, having worked for UCCF for the past seven years.

Henry intends to serve the local church where the need arises, particularly supporting youth ministry, discipleship and evangelism, whilst completing theological studies to grow into a role of an assistant pastor in the long-term.

John and Sonia Wilkinson, Brazil

John and Sonia Wilkinson have lived and worked in Brazil for many years. They have two sons. Initially, they worked in partnership with the New Tribes Mission amongst the Satere-Mawe ethnic group in the Amazon region. More recently they have been involved in painstaking revision work for a bible translation for this same ethnic group.

Nationally and Regionally:

Steve Loader, Avonmouth and Portbury Docks

554816

Steve, a builder by trade, was brought up on a tough Bristol estate in a church founded by his own father. Through the Holy Spirit’s leading, he has become a chaplain with Counties Evangelists to seafarers at Portbury and Avonmouth Docks in Bristol.

We also support Good News for Everyone (formerly known as GideonsUK), Tear Fund, Barnabas Fund and Transform Europe Network (TEN), it is a Bristol-based Christian charity that works through a network of partner churches and charities to support communities across Eastern Europe, we often also support various other visiting ministries.
